On 21 & 21 April we are carrying out a data centre failover exercise. Failover will me made from our DK1 data centre to DK2. There will be a full site loss simulation for datacentre DK1.

The mainframe will fail over on Sunday 21 April and tested. All other services will then be isolated from the network early on Sunday morning, in a controlled way to simulate loss of site. Failover will continually be monitored during this time.

Barclays will be completing maintenance on 16/04/2024 between 18:30 and 21:30 on Account sharing and Payments APIs. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause

Virgin Money would like to notify the ecosystem that we are undertaking routine maintenance and the API services for all accounts hosted on https://api.prod.ob.virginmoney.com/ will be unavailable to TPPs between 20:00 BST on the 16th and 00:30 BST on the 17th April 2024.

This outage will also impact our direct personal and SME savings and current account customer channel.  Credit Card accounts will not be impacted.  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Due to technical issues our SME open banking service is currently unavailable. We will update this notification just as soon as we have more information.

During this window, the Capital One Mobile Application and Online Banking platform will be unavailable due to essential maintenance. The Capital One Open Banking API endpoints will remain available.

On Tuesday 16th April we will be undertaking scheduled maintenance between 00:00 and 02:00.

There will be a period of approximately five minutes where inbound and outbound payments will be queued. All payments will be processed.

With the exception of the above, Nationwide APIs will otherwise be available as normal. However, some requests may fail.
