Notes	The 3 failures were due to the tool expecting content-type encoding headers for 3.1.6 CBPII responses where it is not mandatory. Upon a close check of the submitted results, it is confirmed that, apart from the previously mentioned error, all responses are as expected by the test. The affected cases were: OB-301-CBPII-000006, OB-301-CBPII-000007, OB-301-CBPII-000008. This has been fixed in the latest 1.6.4 release of the conformance tool.
