As part of Cynergy Bank’s ongoing commitment to improving our service for all customers, we are moving to a new Open Banking provider in 2025.
Previously, we had advised that our new Open Banking solution would launch in January 2025. This launch has since been rescheduled to March—more specifically, on or before 13 March 2025.
As a result, customers connecting with Cynergy Bank through your service will need to reconnect to maintain access. We will also contact Cynergy Bank Open Banking customers to tell them about this requirement.

To facilitate your testing, we plan to publish the revised endpoints to our Sandbox on 21 February 2025. The existing endpoints will be disconnected and replaced on 13 March 2025.
Finally, while no downtime is currently planned or expected during the deployment, we will let you know as soon as possible if this should change.

Personal and SME current and savings accounts will not be impacted.
