NatWest Group customers were impacted by a second period of instability with our payment journeys between 09:00 and 10:00 on Sat 27th Sep. Again this impacted a small percentage of customer journeys across all 3 UK brands; NatWest, RBS and Ulster Bank NI and was related to the earlier issue between 04:00 and 06:38 on the same morning.
