NewDay would like to advise our users that we experienced an unplanned downtime, between 26/09/2023 10:45 to 11:25 BST. Users received internal server errors when attempting to communicate with our AISP/PISP services. We are no longer experiencing any issues and we continue to investigate the outage. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
