Unplanned outage for authentication journeys

Description

We are aware that customers are having difficulties impacting the BOI 365 mobile and desktop channel. This is impacting Open Banking authentication journeys, meaning customers cannot authenticate new AIS consents or payments. AIS journeys not requiring a new consent are not impacted.
